Silvio Cangianni was born, raised, and currently lives in Mamaroneck, NY.

Silvio has ran Regent Heating and Air Inc., for over 20 years and currently sold the business in the end of 2020. Growing in the HVAC field he holds many licenses and certifications. Working in the field has help developed many contractor relationships along with learning customer service skills. These skills are all easily converted to understanding real estate and the needs of his clients. Silvio enjoys working with investment properties and analyzing potential deals

On his free time, Silvio enjoys all outside activities with his wife and 2 kids from hiking to scuba diving. He loved coaching his son and daughters softball/baseball teams throughout the years.

Silvio is an active member in the Rye Tri Club. Rye Tri donates to different charities throughout the year. We focus on running, swimming, and biking events or all three. “Tri-ing for Charity” is there moto. In 2019 he completed his first Olympic distance triathlon.
